“I got a lot stronger! I lifted more weight than I thought I ever could. I got more confident in lifting weights. Previously, I didn’t like lifting because I was afraid I was going to hurt myself.

Your classes were fun. I felt challenged, but not overwhelmed. You have a lot of positive energy, and you encouraged me to try. You also kept me focused on technique! Focusing on the technique helped me lift more weight.

Your class was a great blend of fitness and health. I appreciated the focused discussions on nutrition and hydration, as well as technique.”
